Pricing is a responsibility. We have implemented value-based pricing for our business.

 

To ensure prompt payment for the delivery of goods and services to our Network,

we have provided some guidance below to help our clients.

1. Assessing customer needs and value perceptions is the first step in the process.

The first thing you should know is that when you consult one of our professionals, it won’t cost you anything. The first meeting is always free. During the meeting, you will be asked questions about you and your request. It’s not always what you say that is the problem. Most of the time the true problem is a little deeper. We take the time to listen and understand what you actually need.

2. Then during five working days we let you know (orally or in writing, on company letterhead, in one or multiple languages) how we can answer that you need.

Usually, we have a way to meet a need. Often we have multiple options to meet that you need. Your choice! We never put only a single price in front of our prospect. In any case we save your money by doing what you can’t or won’t (or shouldn’t). We help people now.

 

3. Giving options can help us figure out what you need.

We only put a price in front of you when we fully understand what is motivating you.

 

4. Invoices should be paid in full within five working days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed with Vir-kun-en.com.

 

5. Please ensure the invoice:

  • is addressed to the relevant Network entity (reference to who we are)

  • includes a contact name for an individual within your business to whom Vir-kun-en.com can address all queries relating to the invoice

  • includes the name of the person within Vir-kun-en.com who is responsible for your request, and with whom you have been liaising

  • includes a total cost

 

6. After receiving money, we begin to manage your case.
