Prof. Olga Nickole Kuyan - ORCID,
PhD, PhD, from the ancient noble families Chulkov and Usoltsev,
is Founder of Vir-kun-en.com,
Head of Represantative Office of the International Board of Independent Lawyers Vilnius,
Chair of the International Court of Arbitration.​
Today she continues her scientific research at the University of Palermo.

Olga Nickole is an experienced lawyer, judge and law professor,
with the qualifications, expertise, and proven success in working with both businesses and individuals.
Her extensive experience equips her with deep knowledge
of how to manage complex legal cases and resolve them efficiently,
ultimately reducing costs and stress for all parties involved.
She has over 25 years of experience specializing in civil litigation, EU law,
the Brussels regime, the recognition and enforcement of non-EU judgments in Europe,
and both domestic and international Italian civil law.
Her activities are aimed at achieving justice, happiness, and the well-being of her clients, while addressing the global challenges facing modern businesses and individuals. Her professional work has earned awards and accolades.

Before becoming a Judge-Arbitrator at the International Court of Arbitration, Olga spent 16 years as an Associate Professor at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Law Faculty, as a Visiting Professor at various Italian and European universities, and as Of Counsel at international law firms. Early in her career, she served as a first-instance judge.​

She is the author of different legal articles and monographs that received the awards.

At the moment she believes in Prio Justice and Prio Happiness.

Having worked all over the world, Olga Nickole has been living in Italy since 2010, when her Grand Tour with Italy as a key destination, began.
She has traveled across the entire Italian Peninsula, experiencing both major cities and small towns firsthand, while collaborating with universities, municipalities, and businesses. Moving from northern to southern Italy, she has gained an in-depth understanding of the country.

She works with diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Italy and is an ‘ambassador’ for the University of Pavia worldwide.​

Olga Nickole is a highly experienced international researcher. She has been nominated for many Awards and Prizes for her Research in the field of Justice and Happiness.
She has participated in many prestigious international competitions.
She has been among the winners of the CICOPS Fellowship, the Landau Centro Volta Fellowship, and a PhD competition, among others. While she did not win every competition, her nominations reflect the high regard for her scientific work and research.
Her proficiency in English and ​Italian is confirmed.
Olga Nickole has two academic degrees:​
- PhD in Private Law, Roman Law, European Legal Culture, the University of Pavia, Italy (thesis: Damage Reimbursement);​
- PhD (Candidate of legal sciences) in Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law, Family Law, International Private Law, at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia (thesis: Judicial Discretion)

And so, for me, invoking justice, invoking this idea that the justice isn't just about the procedure, the system, it's also about invoking grace and happiness, it's about us, it's about what kind of society we live in, what kind of community we create when we tolerate injustice and unhappiness.
