International law school SleLAWorld based in Sicily, today launches its first ever, global Sustainable Development Goals Initiative Elegantia iuris with three objectives:

(1) of redesigning the Integral Ecology and human rights protection for the future world;

(2) of prioritizing the scientific research in times of crisis;

(3) of supporting non-governmental organizations (NGOs) whose work contributes to the achievement of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Sustainable Development Goals Initiative will see the school deliver general counseling on favorable terms for natural / legal persons collaborating in this Initiative (1) ;
conduct human rights research (duration - 3-4 years, 8 000 working hrs, budget - 240 000 - 300 000 euro, the project / proposal, academic approval are here ) to get innovation to market, bringing business and scientific research closer (2 ) ;
donate 500 hrs of pro bono support to the winning NGO (3) .

SleLAWorld focuses its redesigning Integral Ecology and human rights protection efforts
 on working collaboratively with natural / legal persons whose focus aligns with the our intention to accept the global COVID-19 pandemic challenge to Integral Ecology, human rights, human rights law to trasformate together the modern Integral Ecology and human rights protection model. 


Scuola Legale Diffusa centers its Integral Ecology-human rights-conforming new strategy on working collaboratively with natural / legal persons whose focus aligns with our treatment of scientific research as an essential part of the economy to have a future, to fight science-funding cuts across Europe .
 

For individuals and companies :

For natural persons and legal persons

General legal counseling

The duration of Legal counseling / Legal outsourcing (offshoring) on favorable terms will be equivalent to her / his / its participation (for example, if a company participates in the Initiative with € 6 000, it can get on its choice our Legal counseling on favorable terms for 2 years or our Legal outsourcing (offshoring) for one year etc).


Scuola Legale Diffusa will conclude the legal counseling / legal outsourcing (offshoring) contract with a collaborator-client on favorable terms.
Confirmed collaboration in the Initiative will be the ground for concluding the contract .

A contract will be agreed by the parties with a special attitude to a collaborator-client's needs.
If the amount of participation will be less than 3000 euro (for companies) or 1000 euro (for individuals), any collaborator will get some legal advice or gifts from SleLAWorld as agreed by the parties.
By choice any collaborator can be mentioned in the outcomes of Elegantia iuris Initiative (in articles and monograph).
The collaboration, the contract concluding, the counseling could be done online, also.

For NGO:

Scuola Legale Diffusa focuses its pro bono efforts on working collaboratively with organizations whose focus aligns with the SDGs , to help build their capacity and scale their impact. The Initiative is open to natural persons, legal persons and NGOs around the world, and this year its center will be on Integral Ecology and human rights focused SDGs 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 13, 16. These SDGs are, respectively, No Poverty,  Zero Hunger,  Good Health and Well Being, Quality Education, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, Reduced Inequality, Climate Action, Peace and Justice Strong Institutions.

Eligible organizations will submit the motivation letter , seeking to address any of a broad range of human rights issues, including, human rights protection gaps in peace, including any form of violence, in health, social care and access to treatment, in work and income to financial failure of business, in treatment in institutions, in education, including the effect of school closures on children with special educational needs, in living standards, including access to food and housing, in access to justice and more.
Entries will be reviewed by the same criteria irrespective of the entrant's size, geographical location, or previous interaction with Scuola Legale Diffusa.

The winner will be chosen by a judging panel including representatives of SleLAWorld, the school's strategic pro bono partners, and clients.
Winner will be announced
 on April 2022.

ran from 1990 .
